By using this website or attending our events, you agree to these terms.
Event Admission
Entry requirements and event access may vary between venues and events.
We reserve the right to:

Remove attendees for inappropriate behaviour

Modify event schedules where necessary
Conduct
Attendees are expected to behave respectfully toward staff, traders, venue staff, and other attendees.
Harassment, threatening behaviour, discrimination, or illegal activity will not be tolerated.
Photography and Media
Photographs and videos may be taken during events for promotional purposes.
By attending our events, you acknowledge that you may appear in event photography or video content.
Intellectual Property
All website branding, graphics, and original content remain the property of the business unless otherwise stated.
References to third-party brands, products, or games remain the property of their respective owners.
Liability
Attendees attend events at their own risk.

Seller Terms & Conditions
Booking & Payment

All bookings are taken on a first‑come, first‑served basis.

A booking is only confirmed once payment has been received in full.

Refunds are only accepted if requested 28 days before an event.
Seller Conduct & Professionalism

Sellers must behave professionally and respectfully towards staff, other sellers and attendees.

Abusive/aggressive behaviour or disruptive conduct will result in removal from the event without refund.

All sellers must comply with venue rules and staff instructions at all times.
Table Setup & Pack‑Down

Setup times will be communicated in advance and must be strictly adhered to.

Sellers must be set up before doors open to the public.

Pack‑down must not begin until authorised by Minisryou.

All aisles, fire exits and walkways must remain clear at all times.
Products & Selling

Sellers may sell wargaming, tabletop, hobby, modelling, painting and related items.

Sellers are responsible for ensuring all products comply with UK trading standards.

Food and drink sales are not permitted.
Insurance & Liability

Minisryou and the venue accept no responsibility for loss, theft or damage to stock, equipment, or personal belongings.

Sellers participate at their own risk and must take reasonable precautions to secure their goods.
Sellers are encouraged to hold appropriate public liability insurance for attendance at our events.
Health & Safety

Sellers must follow all venue health and safety procedures, as instructed by venue staff.
Parking & Loading

Parking and loading arrangements vary by venue and will be communicated before the event.
Table Allocation & Space

Table locations are assigned by Minisryou and may change without notice.

Sellers must adhere to their pitch size as paid.
Photography & Promotion

Minisryou may take photos or videos during the event for promotional use.

By attending, sellers consent to being included in such media unless they notify Minisryou in advance.
Event Changes & Cancellation

Minisryou reserves the right to alter event times, layouts or venue arrangements if required.

If an event is cancelled by Minisryou, sellers will receive a full refund of pitch cost or be offered a pitch at an alternative event.

Minisryou is not liable for losses arising from travel, accommodation or other costs.
